BDS Continues to successfully Reach Out to the Aboy Customers - Printable Version - January 9, 2008 - 0 Comments

Aboy

On Saturday, January 5, 2008, BDS inspectors Russ Young and Wes Cooke continued their great outreach work at A-BOY Plumbing & Electrical located at 7365 SW Barbur Blvd.  This outreach opportunity is designed to assist the A-BOY customers with any questions that they may have pertaining to their plumbing and electrical projects in addition to the many services offered by BDS.

The great thing about the A-BOY outreach is the various communities, neighborhoods and customers that the bureau is accessible to, thus creating important and productive relationships within the city.  Most importantly for those customers that can't or don't have the time to visit our Permit Center to ask their questions or gather the basic brochure information, they can travel to their local trade store for the answers.

"Every store is a new adventure in communicating with the public.  What amazes me the most about A-BOY, is how many times the customers come back for parts and questions in one day", said Inspector Russ Young.

On behalf of the BDS, we would sincerely like to thank Store Manager, Joe Robbins for allowing us to join forces with his store and hope we can continue to build on this relationship in the years to come.
