The BDS Inspections Division is responsible for performing inspections on all permit related work in the areas of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing codes, for both commercial and residential construction. The Inspections Division places a high priority on safety, compliance with codes, and excellent customer service.

In addition to administering inspections of the "traditional" type, the Division includes the Facility Permit Program, Field Issued Remodel Program, Special Inspections Program and the Get Legal Program. Each section performs an important role within the Division and compliments one another in providing a comprehensive service plan.
