On August 27th, BDS released a new Systems Development Charges (SDCs) publication, which provides our customers with information about all the City's SDC fees in one handout. 

Systems Development Charges (SDCs) are fees assessed to new development and changes in use.  These fees are collected to help offset the impact a project will have on the City's infrastructure of storm and sanitary sewer systems, parks and recreation facilities, water and street systems.
