Welcome Home Hank! - Printable Version - August 20, 2007 - 1 Comments

Hank McDonaldHank McDonald has been serving the military for 14 years. He is a member of Oregon National Guard. The National Guard's mission is to respond to battle fires and/or help communities deal with floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, snowstorms or other emergency situations. In times of civil unrest, the citizens of a state can rest assured that the Guard will be ready to respond, if needed. During the last six years, Hank and his units have been deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and New Orleans to help with hurricane Katrina clean-up.

"I have lived the lives of soldiers and experienced the extremes and the quiet moments, as well as the many places in between. It was a great experience for me to be in Iraq, Afghanistan and New Orleans for the last couple of years. ", said Hank.

Now, Hank is back from his active duty and has resumed his role at BDS as Plan Review Section Manager. Thank you for what you have done for the country and bringing some of your experiences home for us.
