Many Council Resolutions are available for viewing in Efiles, the City of Portland's digital document repository.  

Efiles Resolution search tip:

• Go to http://efiles.portlandoregon.gov/webdrawer/pln/542/ 
• "Any Word" searches only the resolution document title and notes. Enter your key word here.
• If you want to narrow it down further, for example by year, in the next available search line change the search type to "Record Date" and insert a date range in the blank search term field with a comma separating it ie. 1/1/2011,12/31/2011.
