Diana Banning, City Archivist 503.865.4110 Responsibilities include managing the Portland City Archives and Records Center, meeting with bureaus on records management and archives issues, assisting bureaus and the public with their research needs.
Brian Brown, Business Systems Analyst 503.865.4108 Primary responsibility is to administer the City’s Digital Records and Archives system and provide related support, training, and implementation services.
Mary Hansen, Assistant Archivist 503.865.4103 Responsibilities include assisting bureaus and the public with their research needs and maintaining the PARC’s website and social media efforts.
Larry Hopkins, Records Specialist 503.865.4105 Responsibilities include managing incoming records for storage, records re-filing, and destructions, authorizing records transfers for storage and providing records to bureaus.
Tim Hunt, Records Analyst 503.865.4107 Responsibilities include working with bureaus to create the City record retention schedules; helping employees understand how public records requirements, City policies and general records management principles can be applied to their paper and electronic records and e-mail; helping bureaus implement the TRIM system.
Brian Johnson, Assistant Archivist 503.865.4102 Responsibilities include assisting bureaus and the public with their research needs, archival processing and preservation, supervising student and part-time workers.
