All City Candidates, City Political Committee Treasueres and Treasurers of State Political Committees active in City Elections must file complete contribution and expenditure (C&E) reports with the City Auditor.  These reports are filed in paper format.  In 2008 the State Elections Division plans to implement a statewide electronic reporting system.

Beginning in 2004, the Auditor posts scanned PDF copies of all C&Es to this website.  Past reports will be scanned and posted online as requested and as staff time allows.  Contact the City Elections Officer to request a particular report be posted in PDF format.

 

 

From 1996 to 2002, the Auditor posted summary information only to the website.  Complete paper copies of these reports are available for review in the Auditor's Office, or you can request that a particular report be scanned and posted online.  Paper copies may be ordered for 15 cents per page.
