All City Candidates, City Political Committee Treasurers, and Treasurers of State Political Committees active in City Elections must file complete contribution and expenditure reports with the City Auditor.

 

From 1996 to 2003, the Auditor posted summary information only to the website.  Complete paper copies of these reports are available for review in the Auditor's Office, or you can request that a particular report be scanned and posted online.  Paper copies may be ordered for 15 cents per page.  Contact the City Elections Officer for more information.

 

Beginning with the May 2004 election cycle, the Auditor's Office is posting complete PDF versions of paper reports online.  Past reports will be scanned and posted online as requested and as staff time allows.  Contact the City Elections Officer to request a particular report be posted in PDF format.
