Efiles is the web application that allows you to search for widely requested City records, such as Ordinances, Resolutions, City Council Minutes and historical documents and photographs.  Efiles also maintains a current listing of bureau records stored at the City’s Stanley Parr Archives and Records Center (SPARC).

Many of the records in Efiles can be viewed or downloaded immediately.  These records are identified by a magnifying glass icon . 

The majority of the records in Efiles are in the system as catalog entries – in other words, they contain information about the record, such as title, date created. These items exist only as paper records, which are stored at SPARC.  Access to or obtaining copies of these paper records is subject to existing City policies.  http://www.portlandonline.com/auditor/index.cfm?&c=35190
