and conduit system. Series is the handwritten observations of the water control
operators. Series documents the levels and findings that are being tracked.
Examples of records include the daily reports, weather observations, field data
sheets, ammonia and chlorine reports, ration control logs, Bull Run Lake
monitoring reports, strip charts, and other related records. Series includes
daily chlorine tests and other similar records used to check and verify online
instrumentation.

Series is created to document changes in the system and to show how the
system is being operated. Records are used to communicate to the Water Systems
Operators what the current status is of the water system. Records include tank
change logs, equipment logs, status of equipment, operational logs, repairs,
conduit journals and other similar records. Records often document date, time,
status, what was done, who did it, findings and comments.

9613-03 WATERSHED RECORDINGS
Series is created to document readings and maintenance of gauges in the Bull
Run Watershed. Series is used to monitor levels and flows in the watershed and
the dams. Record includes type of reading, location, date, findings,
observations, and other information such as water temperature, antifreeze
levels, oil levels, etc.

Series is an electronic record created from a data recorder. The data
recorder collects information from the weather station in the watershed. Record

Series is created to document the daily flows into the conduit. Record
includes shift details on conduit flows, comments and instructions, CL2

Series is used to document the permit process that allows for burning in the
Bull Run Watershed. Records are copies of permits obtained from the Fire Bureau

Series is used to document fires in the watershed. Series documents both
controlled and wild firs. Record is a report that includes name of Forest
