Series is used to document programs and modifications to specific programs
that run the Water Bureaus information and computer systems. Records includes
instructions, job numbers, system information, date, description, programmer,
special considerations, production steps, description of work to be done,
modification requests, project status changes to schedules, test information,
development information, specifications, test results and other records created
during the design or modification process.

under ORS 192.501 through 192.502. Consult your agency's legal counsel for

Series is created to document the daily activity and changes made to the
various computer systems. Series is used to track audit trail and to document
reports generated from this system. Record is the computer report that includes
transaction and specific information from the computer system.

9603-03 FINANCIAL FORECASTING MODEL
Series is used to set financial plan and to develop rate setting. Series is
created as the basis for setting costs of services and modeling financial goals
and objectives. Records include data on consumption, costs, customer accounts,
capital improvement projects (CIPs), etc.

9603-04 INFORMATION SERVICES SYSTEM AND PROCEDURES MANUALS
Series is created to document the procedures and process of the various Water
Bureau information systems and programs. Records include policies and procedures
necessary to operate a specific information/computer system. Examples include
data processing manuals, data entry instructions, program documentation, online
restart procedures, etc.
