Series is used to document and track complaints made by citizens. Records
include name, address and phone number of complainant, location of problem and
description. Records also include action taken to address complaint.
Note: Some records contained in these files may be exempt from disclosure
under ORS 192.501 through 192.502. Consult your agency's legal counsel for
assistance before releasing information.

9004-02 COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Series is used by BTE staff to follow-up on complaints received by bureau.
Records include copy of complaint, name of inspector, names of parties
investigated, findings, response/action, photographs and inspector's notes.
