9001-01 COMPUTER IMPLEMENTATION RECORDS
Records are used to ensure that projects are designed effectively and that
equipment and software purchased and installed meet PDOT mission statements and
goals. Records document network design, computer resources, computer standards,
purchase specifications, purchase requisitions and installation of new equipment
and software. Records are also contain software licenses and maintenance
contracts.

9001-02 COMPUTER TRAINING RECORDS
Records are used to track bureau computer training programs. Records may
include copies of training manuals, professional service contracts, and class
content and registration information.

9001-03 BTE COMPUTER BACK-UP SYSTEMS
Series is created and used to back-up and restore BTE computer systems.
Series is computer tapes, floppies, and other magnetic media, and computer
printouts used to document and back-up the various bureau computers. Systems may
include routine back-ups for the Bureau of Transportation Engineering (BTE),
Maintenance Bureau, Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), Transportation,
Traffic Management (BTM), etc. Series may also include records used to track
back-up procedures.

available per approved records retention schedule.
9001-04 EMPLOYEE ADVISORY RECORDS
Records enable management to gather information and feedback on issues
affecting bureau employees, management and programs. Records include minutes,
meeting agendas and working documents. Records also include records created for
employee recognition awards.
