6212-02 PERSONNEL ISSUE INVESTIGATION RECORDS
Records are used to document personnel issues that explore specific concerns.
Records may be exploratory in nature. Records include correspondence, memos and
consultations with the union, employees, Bureau of Personnel, and Bureau of
Maintenance managers. Records may include documents used to resolve issues.
Note: Some records contained in these files may be exempt from disclosure
under ORS 192.501 through 192.502. Consult your agency's legal counsel for
assistance before releasing information.

6212-03 TRAINING RECORDS
Series is used to document training opportunities and required training
undertaken by Bureau of Maintenance personnel. Record includes training
certificates, classes taken, certifications received, expiration of training
received, employee name, and other information needed to document training and
certification of employee.

RETENTION: 6 years after separation.
6212-04 TRAINING MATERIAL - COURSE DOCUMENTATION
Series is used to document training classes offered by the bureau. Records
include class content, dates of classes and other material used for instruction
of training classes. Records may include computer training material.
