Bound volumes include transcript certification, lease-purchase agreement, escrow agreement, specimen certificate, City proceedings and documents, issue price, certificate, receipt for certificates, preliminary official statement, final official statement, escrow agents documents, certificate of legal operation and closing memorandum.
