are completed. Record include parameters, date, locations, results change orders
and other related records. Series includes flow monitoring, chemical analysis,
biological analysis, etc. Records prior to September 1994 and outside lab
reports are in hard copy only. Series includes field operation project and
monitoring records.

8813-03 SAMPLING PLANS
Series documents sampling objectives of a monitoring project and is used to
justify and explain the monitoring and sampling plan. Record includes parameters
list, site locations, background, QA/QC, report format, statistical
measurements, materials methods, techniques to be used, etc. Note: Some records
contained in these files may be exempt from disclosure under ORS 192.501 through
192.502. Consult your agency's legal counsel for assistance before releasing

8813-04 MONITORING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT RECORDS
Series is created to support monitoring project records and is used to modify
sampling plans and negotiate the final wording on a work order. Records include
notes, phone notes, correspondence, copy of work order, feasibility studies,
sample data, and other related records.
