8810-04 CUSTOMER CONCERNS TRACKING SYSTEM (CCTS) RECORDS
Series is used to track customer concerns about issues related to the Mid County Sewer Project. Series is created to assure that customer concerns are addressed. Records include copies of correspondence, investigations, field reports, maps, etc. Records may include concerns about financing, construction or connections.

Series is created to assure that property owners qualified for the Window of Savings program. Records include copies of mailings, copies of returned mail, certified mail receipts, statements of eligibility and other related records.

Series is created to document loans to pay for private plumbing costs associated with sewer connection. Records include loan data, qualifying information, title searches, correspondence, fun release authorizations and other related data.

8810-07 CONNECTION ENFORCEMENT RECORDS
Series is created to document activity taken to show mandatory sewer connection. Series is used to track efforts to ensure that property owner receives due process as defined in City Code 17.33. Records may include posting notices, correspondence, legal documents, code hearings records, court records, financial account information, enforcement costs, penalties and fines, etc.
