2015-09   EXCLUSION ORDER DETERMINATIONS

Determinations of the Hearings Officer as to whether probable cause existed for the issuance to an individual of a Notice of Exclusion from a designated City of Portland Drug-Free or Prostitution-Free Zone.  Determination is based on a review of Police Bureau case information and includes findings of fact and conclusions of law.  Record is created to ensure that the issuance of the order did not violate the civil rights of the recipient.
