2005-04 LIEN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM (LAS)
System supports Liens and Assessments Division collection, customer service and accounting functions. Computer system transactions to all city liens. Computer record includes property description, information on property owner, source of lien, amount of lien, and financing and payment information.

RETENTION: Until superseded. 2 years after payoff, print record to paper or fiche and transfer to 2006-03 for permanent retention.
