City Council Passes Special Election Resolution for PDX 02, Notice of Measure Election Filed (12/21/12)

On Dec. 20th, 2012, Portland City Council passed resolution 36993 to place Referendum Petition PDX 02 regarding Fluoridation of Portland's Drinking Water Supply on a Special Election ballot to be held May 21, 2013.

On Dec. 21st, 2012, the Auditor's Office filed a Notice of Measure Election  with Multnomah County Elections to place the referendum on the Special Election ballot. The measure was given number 26-151.
