Administrative Rule Adopted by Private for Hire Transportation Board of Review Pursuant to Rule-Making Authority

ARB-LIC-8.32

A.  For-Hire Transportation companies may design their own signs or stickers detailing the prohibition of tobacco products, but at a minimum each company must have a sticker showing the international sign for “no smoking” as indicated by a circle/slash around a cigarette symbol.

B.  “No Smoking” signage is not required in pedicabs.
