This afternoon, the City Auditor received four Candidate filings for the May 18, 2010 Primary Election. 

Jesse Cornett filed a Request for Certification (public campaign financing).  With this Request today, Cornett has submitted a total of 1253 $5.00 Qualifying Contribution Receipt forms, including 310 forms he submitted on 1/15/2010. The Auditor has ten business days to process the Request for Certification and issue an Initial Determination Letter.  This deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2010.  Jesse Cornett also filed a Filing of Candidacy for Commissioner, Position No. 3 (to appear on the ballot) today. A Candidate must complete a Filing of Candidacy to appear on the ballot.

Jason Renaud filed a Request for Certification (public campaign financing).  With this Request today, Renaud has submitted a total of 1045 $5.00 Qualifying Contribution Receipt forms, including 338 forms he submitted on 1/12/2010.  The Auditor has ten business days to process the Request for Certification and issue Renaud an Initial Determination Letter.  This deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2010.  Jason Renaud previously filed a Filing of Candidacy for Commissioner, Position No. 3 (to appear on the ballot). A Candidate must complete a Filing of Candidacy to appear on the ballot.

Ed Garren filed a Filing of Candidacy for the office of Commissioner, Position No. 3 by declaration (fee). 

Martha Perez filed a Filing of Candidacy for the office of Commissioner, Position No. 3 by declaration (fee).
