The Auditor has received one Candidate filing for the May 18, 2010 Primary Election.  This morning, Mary Volm withdrew her Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification for Commissioner, Position No. 3 (seeking public campaign financing). Volm previously filed a Filing of Candidacy (to appear on the ballot) for Commissioner, Position No. 3, on 12/9/2009.
