CRITERIA FOR EXCEPTION TO VEHICLE AGE REQUIREMENT
Administrative Rule Adopted by Private for Hire Transportation Board of Review Pursuant to Rule-Making Authority

Vehicles that meet any of the following requirements may be considered as “classic” or “antique”:
A. The vehicle is considered a classic vehicle by the Classic Car Club of America (“CCCA”);
B. The vehicle, but not a reproduction thereof, was manufactured at least 25 years prior to the current year, and which has been maintained in or restored to a condition that is substantially in conformity with the original manufacturer’s specifications and appearance;
C. The vehicle that was considered high priced when new and was built in limited quantities; and
D. The vehicle has luxury accessories of a type not normally found in motor vehicles of its manufacture year.
