Administrative Rule Adopted by Private for Hire Transportation Board of Review Pursuant to Rule-Making Authority

ARB-LIC-8.25

A.  Notwithstanding 16.40.120.G, if the driver submits any missing payment, certifications or information within 90 days from the original due date, the Bureau will issue a renewal permit subject to a late fee.

B.  Late fees are as follows: $25.00 if submitted within 30 days; $50.00 if submitted within 60 days; and $100.00 if submitted within 90 days.
