On Monday, 1/25/2010, Ed Garren withdrew his Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification for Commissioner, Position No. 3 (seeking public campaign financing).

Today, Spencer Burton filed a Filing of Candidacy for the office of Commissioner, Position No. 3 by declaration (fee). A Candidate must complete a Filing of Candidacy to appear on the ballot. In addition, Burton withdrew his Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification for Commissioner, Position No. 3 (seeking public campaign financing).
