REPLACING BOARD MEMBERS
Administrative Rule Adopted by Private for Hire Transportation Board of Review Pursuant to Rule-Making Authority
Board member positions that become vacant for any reason, including but not limited to a dismissal by the Board, will be replaced in the same manner as required to fill that particular Board position as per Chapter 16.40.040 or administrative rule.
