The Online City Charter has been updated to include language approved by the voters as Measure 26-89 at the May 15, 2007 Special Election effective January 1, 2009.  Added  Article 3  Provide for Periodic Charter Review to Chapter 13 Charter Revision and Interpretation.

Ordinance No. 181699, effective January 1, 2009 amends Code Chapter 17.13 Parks and Recreation System Development Charge.
