A. The provisions of this Chapter apply to delinquent
liens. This Chapter shall not apply to delinquent Sewer Safety Net liens,
which are governed by Chapter 5.31. B. The City shall not be limited to the foreclosure process in
this Chapter. The City may elect to use other methods for foreclosure or
sale of properties as authorized by the Charter, City Code or state
law.
