In the event the Plan has assets of Participants or their Beneficiaries who,
after the Participants’ Severance from Employment, cannot be located so as to
properly distribute assets to the Participant or Beneficiary under the terms of
the Plan, the Plan Administrator shall make all reasonable efforts to locate
said Participants and Beneficiaries. If after such efforts, the
Participant or Beneficiary cannot be located, the Plan Administrator shall
designate such assets as unclaimed property, and thereby abandoned, and shall
transfer said assets to the State of Oregon according to the Uniform Disposition
of Unclaimed Property pursuant to ORS 98.302, et seq., as amended, if
such assets remain unclaimed for two years after said
designation.
