A. The provisions of Multnomah County Adult Care Home
Registration Ordinance No. 392, three copies of which are on file in the Office
of the City Auditor, hereby are adopted by reference and made a part of this
Title. Such provisions shall apply within the City of Portland and shall be
administered and enforced by the Director of Human Services of Multnomah County,
or his or her designee. B. Nothing in the provisions of this Section shall be construed
to create a cause or right of action against the City of
Portland, its agents or employees,
for the enforcement or failure to enforce any provisions of this Section.
