A. Violation of any of the requirements of this Chapter may result in
enforcement by the Director.
B. Enforcement mechanisms. In enforcing the requirements of this
Chapter, the Director may:
1. Issue compliance orders.
2. Institute an action before the Code Hearings Officer.
3. Cause an appropriate action to be instituted in a court of
competent jurisdiction.
4. Take such other action as the Director deems appropriate.
5. Appeal of final determination. Upon receipt of a final
determination, a permittee may appeal the determination to the code Hearings
Officer in accordance with the procedures set out in Chapter 22.10 of the
Portland City Code; provided that such an appeal shall include a copy of the
final determination that is the subject of the appeal, shall state the basis
for the appeal, and shall be filed with the Code Hearings Officer and the
Bureau of Environmental Services.
