A. All hospitals and institutional homes shall be required to
familiarize themselves with and particularly enforce all applicable provisions
of the fire, housing, building, plumbing and electrical codes. B. All hospitals and institutional homes shall have at least one
telephone (not including pay telephones) on each floor of the building, so
located as to be easily accessible to anyone on the floor for the purpose of
summoning help in case of fire or other emergency.
