The Director may suspend or revoke a permit or registration issued under the
provisions of this Title. The Director will inform the permit holder of the
suspension or revocation in writing. Permits and registrations may be suspended
or revoked when: A. The permit or registration is issued in error;
B. The permit or registration is issued on the basis of incorrect
information supplied by the applicant; or
C. The permit or registration is issued in violation of any of the
provisions of this Title.
D. A registered portable sign has been the subject of multiple
citations.
