To enforce any of the requirements of this Title, the Director may gain
compliance by: A. Instituting an action before the Code Hearings Officer as set out in
Title 22 of City code;
B. Causing appropriate action to be instituted in a court of competent
jurisdiction; or
C. Taking other action as the Director in the exercise of the Director’s
discretion deems appropriate.
