A. All signs, signals, markings, and devices consistent with this Title
placed or operated by direction of the City Traffic Engineer for the purpose of
guiding, directing, warning, or regulating traffic or parking. B. Any device that remotely controls by electrical, electronic, sound, or
light signal the operation of any device identified in subsection (A) of this
definition.
