No vehicle may stop or park in a disabled zone except: A. a vehicle transporting a disabled person with an official disabled
person placard issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles;
B. a vehicle with official disabled registration plates while
transporting a disabled person; or
C. a Tri-Met bus loading/unloading disabled
passengers.
