The Code Hearings Officer shall prepare and mail to
all parties, a proposed order including findings of fact and conclusions of
law. The proposed order shall become final on the date specified in the
order, which date shall not be less than 14 days after such mailing, unless the
Code Hearings Officer finds that an existing violation is imminently dangerous
to the health, safety, or property of any person or of the public, in which case
the order may specify an earlier date.
