A. On adoption of an assessment ordinance under Section 3.122.120 D, the
City Auditor shall enter each assessment in the docket of City liens. All such
assessments shall be collected in the same manner as local improvement
assessments and failure to pay may result in foreclosure in the same manner as
provided for other assessments. B. The assessments may be paid in semi-annual payments, however the
City may charge a billing fee.
