(Amended by Ordinance Nos. 150738 and 155018, effective Aug. 25, 1983.) The
Purchasing Grants Compliance Division shall develop and implement certification
and review criteria for authorization of eligible MBE/FBE participants. Such
certification shall be no less often than annually.
