(Amended by Ordinance No. 150738, effective Dec. 13, 1980.) As used in this
Section: A. "Equal Opportunity" or "EO" means the concepts and practice
of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin,
sex, age or handicap in employment, purchasing, contracting, or utilization of
firms or individuals on the basis of demographics as may be prescribed by grants
awarded to the City of Portland by other governmental
agencies.
