The Bureau of Purchases is delegated the authority to adopt rules and regulations to establish criteria for certification, conditional certification, decertification, revocation, suspension and denial of EEO status to Contractors and Subcontractors, to administratively implement this program, to investigate complaints of prohibited discrimination, to conduct compliance reviews, and to establish rules of procedure it deems necessary in order to discharge its duties.
