B. No person shall ride, drive, or walk on such parts or portions of the Parks or pavements as are closed to public travel, nor shall any person interfere with barriers erected in any Park.
C. No unauthorized person shall enter any municipal swimming pool, secured stadium or other secured Park facility, or any enclosed area thereof, at any time other than when the facility is regularly open for public use.
No person shall enter or remain in any municipal swimming pool, nor in any deck area adjacent thereto, nor in any locker room, shower room, changing room or restroom serving a municipal swimming pool, nor within any designated children’s play area, nor in any area of a Park within twenty-five (25) feet of any outdoor pool fence line or children’s play area, if the person previously has been convicted of any sexual offense under ORS 163.305 to 163.479, or under ORS 163.665 to 163.689, or under the laws of any other jurisdiction that would constitute such an offense if it had been committed in the State of Oregon, if the victim of any such offense was sixteen years of age or younger and was not biologically related to the person.
