A.  No person shall jump or dive from any seawall, pier or dock in any Park, into the Willamette or ColumbiaRivers.

 

B.  No person shall tie or fasten any log, boat, or other floating equipment to or upon Park property bordering upon the Willamette or ColumbiaRivers, except for temporary mooring of pleasure boats, in accordance with the provisions of Section 19.16.060 of this Code.
