A. The Director may appoint other personnel necessary to carry out the
provisions of this chapter, when in keeping within the adopted budget for the
IPR. B. The Director may delegate to his or her staff members any of his or
her duties, unless otherwise specified in this chapter. The IPR Investigator
shall succeed to all duties and responsibilities of the Director, including
those specified by ordinance, when he or she is serving as the acting
Director.
