The Bureau of Police shall keep a daily arrest docket and a municipal court transcript in substantially the following form: (See Figure 1 at end of Title 3) The arrest docket may be printed in any size as may be determined by the Chief of Police and shall be a part of the original record of the Bureau of Police and shall be preserved and kept in the custody of the Bureau of Police.
