Series is created to record all incoming calls and radio transmissions.  Series documents 911 operators interaction with user agencies and public.  Series consists of tapes/digital recordings of conversations between Emergency Communications operators and other personnel.

Series is created to document and track inquires into the operational performance of the 911 system.  Records are maintained in the Integrated Research and Inquiry System (IRIS) Series is used to undertake a review on the performance and operation of the emergency system.  Record may include complainant/intake form, correspondence, memos, copies of voice tapes, printouts, interviews and other related information.  Series includes information on how incident was handled and actions taken.

Records may include but are not limited to system evaluations, system performance reports, satisfaction surveys and questionnaires, quality improvement reports and recommendations, quality assurance committee minutes, and related documentation.

4002-05     BRIEFING RECORDS

Records may include but are not limited to briefing logs, teletype messages, and bulletins from other agencies.
