How do Lobbying Entities Report lobbying activity?
If a lobbying entity has spent a cumulative or estimated 8 hours or more lobbying during the preceding calendar, they must file a Quarterly Report using the Online Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting System.
Lobbying entities will need to follow these steps to file Quarterly Reports:
Once your registration has been activated by the Auditor's Office, you will be able to login to the reporting module using your lobbying entity's Portland Online Account.
From the Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting Main Menu, click once on the words "Manage Quarterly Statements."
You will be taken to the Lobbying Entity Statements page. Detailed instructions for creating, amending and filing your report can be found on pages 14 to 22 of the Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting 101 information packet.
Quarterly reports will require a signed declaration by the Lobbying Entity official to finalize the report.
