How to Create Your Portland Online Account

The online City Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting System requires the person or entity managing the Lobbying Entity reporting to have a unique Portland Online account.  Portland Online accounts are free and protected by the City's Privacy Policy.  If you are an official representative of more than one Lobbying Entity, you can manage multiple entities under one account through a drop down menu to select, add, or delete an entity for reporting or registering. Each Portland Online account requires a unique email address.  To set up your Portland Online account, follow these simple steps:
 
1.      Click once on the words "sign in" located in the upper right corner of your browser.

 
2.      On the next screen, click once on the "Create a New Account" button

3.      The next screen will ask you if you are a City employee.  Click on the circle to the left of "No" and click once on submit.

4.      Complete your account information on the next screen.  Fields in bold are required.  When you are finished, click once on the "Continue" button.
 
 
 
5.      If your registration is completed, you will now be logged into Portland Online.  Be sure to keep your user name and password in a safe place as you will need this information to log into the Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting System.
