Welcome to the City of Portland's Online Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting System.  City Council passed Ordinance No. 179843  on December 21, 2005 which established the City's Lobbying Entity Regulation program. The City Auditor is charged with the administration of this program by City Code Chapter 2.12, which was amended upon Council passage of Ordinance No. 180620 on November 22, 2006 and Ordinance No. 181204 on August 8, 2007.
 
Purpose of the Program
 
 "The City finds that to preserve the integrity of its decision making process, lobbying entities that engage in efforts to influence City officials, should report their lobbying efforts to the public."

Registered Lobbyists/Organizations
